Delivery Options
Accra Delivery
We dispatch Accra deliveries Monday–Saturday around 10:00–10:30 AM. If you’re placing an order after this time and prefer our in-house delivery, you can contact us to check whether the day’s dispatch has already left. If it has, and the Pickup option is active on the website, you can use Pickup for same-day collection.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
Outside Accra
Orders outside Accra are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and usually arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch.
If you need your order sent on another day, excluding Sunday, please contact us to find out whether an arrangement can be made.
For orders outside Accra, the item and delivery fee must be paid before dispatch.

Pickup
Pickup is available only when the Pickup option is shown at checkout.
Place your order and wait for the Ready for Pickup notification before coming to collect or sending a rider. Depending on the pickup options currently available, you can either collect the order yourself or send a third-party rider.
Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. No pickup on Sundays.
The pickup point is strictly for collecting completed orders. It is not a showroom for viewing or trying on products.
The pickup contact provided in your Ready for Pickup SMS is only responsible for handing over packages. For any issue with your order, please contact us through the platform where you placed your order.
Pickup can also be useful when the day’s Accra delivery dispatch has already left and you still want your order the same day.
How It Works
Choose Delivery or Pickup, enter your details and complete payment. We’ll send you updates as your order progresses.
For delivery, keep your phone active and expect a call from the rider. For pickup, wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup notification before coming or sending a rider.
You can track your order anytime using your order number on the Track My Order page.
Important Information
Delivery Day
We dispatch several orders together. Once your Accra order is confirmed for delivery that day, please remain reachable. Delivery may happen later in the day or evening depending on the route — an order not received early has not necessarily been missed. We do not promise an exact arrival time.
Location changes
If your location changes before the rider reaches or calls you, and the rider can still deliver there, you must confirm and pay the delivery fee that applies to the new location.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and method, and are shown before you pay. Delivery fees are not refundable once delivery has been successfully completed. If you directed the rider to your location and the rider arrived, but you then became unreachable, the fee for that trip still applies and is not refundable.
Exchange Delivery
If the exchange is required because of an error or fault from us, we cover the exchange delivery costs. If the exchange is requested for a reason that is not caused by an error from us, you cover all delivery fees involved. Keep packaging intact and send a review video. If you’re unreachable
Please keep your phone available during delivery. If the rider calls, you direct them to your location, and the rider arrives but you then become unreachable, the delivery fee for that trip still applies and is not refundable. A new delivery fee will apply if the order has to be sent again. If we are unable to reach you before the rider proceeds to your location, the package may be returned and rescheduled for the next delivery day.
Delivery Days
Accra deliveries run Monday–Saturday. Outside Accra dispatch is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are no deliveries on Sundays.
