How long does delivery take?
We dispatch Accra deliveries Monday–Saturday around 10:00–10:30 AM. If you’re placing an order after this time and prefer our in-house delivery, you can contact us to check whether the day’s dispatch has already left. If it has, and the Pickup option is active on the website, you can use Pickup for same-day collection. Outside Accra, orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday and usually arrive within 2–3 days after dispatch. Need another day (excluding Sunday)? Can I exchange if the shoe doesn't fit?
If you received exactly the size you ordered but it does not fit, contact us within 24 hours. Keep the item and packaging intact and send a short review video. You cover the delivery fees. See our Exchange & Refund Policy.
Do you sell only heels?
We specialize in heels, sandals, and trendy bags. Our collection is curated for the modern, fashion-conscious woman.
